I understand how intimidating it can feel to visit a new stylist, so my goal is to make your experience as comfortable and seamless as possible.
The Pre-Visit
Once you submit your appointment request, you will receive a digital consultation form sent to your email within 24 hours. Please fill it out in its entirety. You will also receive an appointment confirmation email. If you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment you may use the link in the email to do so. You will receive another text and email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Finding Me
I am located inside Babs + Co. Hair Studio downtown Rhinelander. Nearby is a bakery, coffee shop + cafe, bar and grill and a boutique!
When We Meet
We will have a thorough consultation before we begin to ensure we have a clear understanding of your goals and expectations. I encourage you to wear a shirt that does not have a collar and that is simple in design in case we want to take before and after photos! In the salon I keep a varitey of beverages, snacks and wi-fi for everyone to enjoy.
Policies
Please contact me if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Sometimes we leave the salon for a few days and realize our hair may need some adjustments. I am happy to accommodate your needs to align with your hair goals within 5 days of the original service.
Can't make it to your appointment? No problem. Please allow a 24 hour notice to reschedule accordingly.
